Due to the medical nature of the products, we are unable to provide refunds if you change your mind, or if the corrective power/colour does not suit you. We are also unable to exchange opened vials of coloured lenses.
However, we will issue full replacement of goods in all instances where contact lenses are supplied to the wrong specification, or found to be damaged on arrival.
In all requests for replacement or exchanges, please do not open any of the vials. Please also provide sufficient clear photographic proof of wrong specification.
For defect lenses, please provide sufficient clear photographic that shows the Lot No on the vial label.
